Casual breakfast and lunch service, including a special Sunday Brunch, features traditional and innovative dishes such as midday favorite Roasted Beet, Pear and Maytag Blue Cheese Salad with Candied Walnuts, Endive and Apple Cider Vinaigrette. In the evening, Medici Café and Terrace transforms into a fine specialty restaurant offering a wide choice of elegant and flavorful Mediterranean-inspired dishes as well as a popular Chef's Market Menu complemented by world-class wines. Open 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for breakfast (Monday-Saturday), 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for lunch (Monday-Saturday) and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. (daily) for dinner. Sunday breakfast 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sunday brunch offered 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and served at table, features a residential-style vodka and prosecco bar for customized morning libations included in the fixed price, followed by a bountiful dessert spread.
Firenze Lobby Lounge – A romantic, relaxing lounge in a warm, living room setting, Firenze Lobby Lounge embraces guests with classic artwork, comfortable furnishings and panoramic views of Lake Las Vegas and the high-desert mountains. The perfume of fresh flower arrangements and the notes of a live pianist enhance a unique experience for Southern Nevada – Afternoon Florentine Tea, offering not only traditional scones, finger sandwiches and pastries but also Italian savories such as Asparagus and Smoked Salmon and Prosciutto Cotto with Cornichon sandwiches. Terrace service is offered on fine-weather days. Ritz Carlton Golf
The front nine and the back nine of this 7,250 yard, par 72 course are very contrasting. The first nine offers traditional desert golf with play in and around small canyons and arroyos while the back nine features over 400 feet in elevation change with dramatic views and scenery. The par-five 12th hole offers perhaps the best view of the Las Vegas Strip anywhere, as well as a view from well above Lake Las Vegas. There is a water in play on five holes total. There are five sets of tee boxes to provide a variety of options for players of different abilities.
