A NEW DAY... is a spectacle created for, with and about Céline Dion.
It is a subtle balance of concert, dance, theatre and multi-media in
which the audience is transformed to a virtual world. Each song
evokes a different visual experience, a universe of its own - live and
alive. A NEW DAY... features the largest indoor LED screen in
North America. Franco Dragone the creator of the show, uses this
innovation to baffle and tease the imagination of the audience, to
transport them to Céline's new universe. There they reunite to share
the common experience that can be explored through a single song.
They witness the songstress as a "grande dame", a storyteller who
shares her experiences in a visual feast for the senses!
Céline Dion joins a cast of sixty dancers, musicians and artists who
have been rehearsing in La Louvière, Belgium. The cast hails
from around the globe, the individuals renowned in their various
disciplines. They were chosen from among thousands through auditions
in Montreal, London, Paris, Amsterdam, New York, Las Vegas, Los
Angeles, Chicago and La Louvière.
Céline released her third single, Goodbye's (The Saddest Word) in
November 2002, from her No. One album 'A New Day Has Come'.
To date, Céline has sold over 150 million albums worldwide, making her
the biggest selling female artist of all time.

for A NEW DAY.... The Colosseum features a vast performance space that
is at once intimate and immense.
