Traveler
Assistance: Staffing located at airport information booths
provides general information and traveler assistance. For
assistance after hours, dial "0" from any white courtesy
phone to contact an Airport Service Coordinator.
Locations: Throughout the airport.
Hours: 5:30 a.m. - 1:30 a.m., daily.
In addition, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)
volunteers provide general information and traveler assistance
to arriving passengers from their location in baggage claim.
Location: Terminal 1, Level 1, south Baggage Claim
Hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily.
Roving Visitor Information and Visitor Assistance (VIVA)
volunteers dressed in bright yellow shirts are also available
to assist passengers in designated areas.
